The Family Sponsored Visa is used by a U.S. Citizen to petition to have his or her spouse or other qualified family members to come to the U.S. to reside as permanent residents.

The following requirements are necessary to obtain a Family Sponsored Visa:
1. Petitioner must be U.S. citizen or resident;
2. Must prove a legitimate marriage;
3. Must demonstrate ability to support family member.
