The E-1 and E-2 Visas are used by foreign individuals to enter the U.S. for the purpose of conducting significant business with the U.S.

The following requirements are necessary to obtain an E-1 or E-2 Visa:
1. Petitioner must have a manager or higher position;
2. Petitioner must come from a U.S. treaty country.
